The brief[01] Problem

Co-creation tools are scattered and technical — design, ownership and manufacturing never live in one place. Mind Toy puts all three inside the chat people already use.

We merged AI-powered design with on-demand manufacturing so anyone can co-create products alongside their favourite brands and IP. Type colours, words and a style; watch fine-tuned Stable Diffusion models generate it; mint it on Flow and make it real.

[01]Discord BotThe whole creative loop lives in Discord — input your colours, words and style, and designs come back in seconds with no app to install.
[02]Stable DiffusionFinely-tuned diffusion models generate stunning, Flow-themed collectibles — edit your input on the fly and regenerate before finalising.
[03]Concurrent GenerationRun multiple generations at once for real-time feedback — the creative possibilities are effectively endless.
[04]Walletless MintingMint a design as an NFT on the Flow blockchain via the Niftory API — secured ownership without the wallet-setup friction.

Challenge & innovation[05] Hard parts

Two unknowns at once: walletless minting on Flow through a sparsely-documented Niftory API, and a Stable Diffusion pipeline tuned to a vibrant, Flow-themed look.

Both took extensive testing and iteration. Our team — Plastic Alchemy — leaned on years of industry expertise to surmount them, delivering a fluid, engaging experience entirely inside Discord.
